Q: How do I know if a book will contain a CD or Online Access Code?
A: If a book has "CD" or "CD-ROM" in the title, the CD will be included if the book is new. Please note: Used books purchased from us or anyone else will not contain an online access code. Access codes can be purchased from the publisher directly. |

What Are Book Condition Guidelines?
Book Condition Guidelines
In addition to new textbooks, we also sell used textbooks of varying condition. While we do our best to accurately describe the books in our listings, the following guidelines should help you get a feel for what to expect when you purchase a textbook from us.
New - A new, unused book.
Fine/Like New/As New - Like New books are usually unused, but they may have some minor flaws, markings, or wear to the cover or text.
Very Good - Very Good books have generally been used for one or two years. They tend to have minor wear to the cover and/or text that comes from light use.
Good - Good books have been used for several years and show noticeable signs of wear. The cover may be scratched or showing some cardboard around the edges, but the text is usually still in good shape.
Fair/Acceptable/Poor - Acceptable books have been well used and usually have significant wear to the cover and text. The cover may be showing cardboard around the edges and spine, and the pages may be bent or worn. The text is still readable and usable. |

What are the Payment Terms and Conditions?
TextbookTime.com charges fees per Item sold. The fee is 15% of the listed sale price of each item. |

Chargebacks or other Claims?
TextbookTime.com reserves the right to delay initiating the transfer of a Payment Transaction to a Seller's Account (including sending paper checks) for the shorter of either 90 days following the initial date of suspension or completion of an investigation regarding buyer disputes, chargebacks or other claims. |
